国家和地方政府不断出台整改网贷行业的相关政策
近日，人民日报一篇名为《互联网金融挤尽泡沫是春天》发声，文章力挺互联网金融，拨开了互金行业于外界的一层迷雾。
近段时间，国家和地方政府不断出台整改网贷行业的相关政策，致使第一季度就有百家网贷平台关停，有观点则认为这是政府对行业的“打压”，甚至说行业是正“步入冬天”。“对于不明就里的围观群众，这种说法也无可厚非。”广州首库互联网金融信息服务有限公司CMO邓强表示，“对于一家合法合规的网贷平台，整改政策的出台绝不是对行业打压，而是对行业的肃清。用法律手段去淘汰资质差、实力弱或违法的平台是对投资人资金的保障，从另一方面也是巩固合法平台的行业地位。”

众所周知，互联网金融正经历着行业 “阵痛”，在《监管办法》出台后，P2P平台在整改期间内必须接入符合国家要求的银行，进行资金存管。而最近一行三会、最高人民法院、最高人民检察院、工信部、公安部等14个部委更表示，坚决遏制非法集资蔓延势头，坚决守住不发生系统性和区域性风险底线，这更是加速了行业洗牌的进度，迭代更新，让民间资金充分得到合理化配置。
整改计划至今，从第三方数据统计显示，能真正完成与银行资金存管系统对接这一基本标配的P2P平台全国仅12家，而且主要是集中在积木盒子、宜人贷等大平台，优质平台更是成为银行的争夺对象。可见，能够真正符合国家规范要求的平台还未尽人意。对于这一现象，邓强认为，“从银行资金存管开始，行业监管和整改力度只会越来越强劲，整改风暴将会对行业来一次真正的大洗牌，站得住脚才是真正的P2P网贷平台。”
